Counseling
I work with teens and adults—especially millennials—who want to understand themselves better and move forward with clarity and confidence. With a teen client’s permission, a parent may occasionally join a session to support communication and connection.
I focus on individual counseling and do not provide couples or family therapy. I also don’t work with anyone I know personally, to maintain clear boundaries and confidentiality.
Most clients are navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, burnout, major life transitions, or challenges in relationships.
Clinical Supervision
I also provide clinical supervision for LMHCA professionals, interns, and practicum students who want to grow their skills, deepen self-awareness, and receive reflective, honest guidance.Feel free to reach out! I’m happy to chat and see if we’d be a good fit.
-
We’ll start with weekly sessions and adjust as your schedule and needs change. I offer weekday appointments from 8:30 am–6:00 pm.
We’ll work toward lasting growth, giving you the tools to manage life confidently on your own—without ongoing sessions.
-
Sometimes, the challenges we face can’t be solved on our own. I help clients go beyond their symptoms and target the actual issues at hand.
This might be the right time for counseling if you’re struggling with persistent troubling thoughts or feelings, are overwhelmed by events that are out of your control, or just want to get in touch with a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in your life. No matter how big or complicated things feel, it helps to have support—and to know you’re not alone.
I provide a safe place to address issues that are too difficult or complex to share with others. There’s no need to worry if you’re talking too much, being a burden or are too much to handle - you’re not. Time will be dedicated to you and what you are going through.

I ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less notice—or missed sessions—are charged the full session fee.
WHEN YOU’RE READY FOR CHANGE
HOW TO BECOME A CLIENT
STEP ONE
CONNECT
Reach out to request a consultation. We’ll see if I’m the right fit, and if not, I can help you find someone who is. Consultations are a relaxed, no-pressure way to explore your options and see what feels right.
STEP TWO
15-MINUTE CONSULTATION
Share what’s on your mind, ask questions, and get a sense of how we might work together. You’ll leave knowing what therapy could feel like and what next steps would be if you decide to move forward.
STEP THREE
SCHEDULE FIRST SESSION
If we decide we’re a good fit, and you’re ready to start, we’ll schedule your first session. We’ll begin the work of therapy together—at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Counseling may confront painful memories or unpleasant truths, but it will also empower you to believe in yourself and make the changes you need to make your life better.
