15-MINUTE CONSULTATION

Share what’s on your mind, ask questions, and get a sense of how we might work together. You’ll leave knowing what therapy could feel like and what next steps would be if you decide to move forward.

SCHEDULE FIRST SESSION

If we decide we’re a good match, and you’re ready to start, we’ll schedule your first session. We’ll begin the work of therapy together—at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Counseling may confront painful memories or unpleasant truths, but it can also empower you to believe in yourself and make the changes you need to make your life better.
