I’m an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, you may submit superbills to your insurance company for possible partial reimbursement, subject to your plan’s OON benefits and deductible.

  • Counseling and counselor supervision is provided online via My Best Practice.

Meet from the comfort of your couch, the convenience of your office, or the privacy of a parked car. Put up your feet and curl up with your pet, or close your office door during lunch and login.

Log on, log off - it’s that simple. Read more about The Perks of Online Counseling on my blog.

  • Counseling can only be provided when clients are physically in WA, per state law.

    Counseling
I work with teens and adults—especially Millennials and Gen Z who want to understand themselves better, find direction, build confidence, and strengthen relationships.

With a teen client’s permission, a parent may occasionally join a session to support communication and connection.

I focus on individual counseling and do not provide couples or family therapy. Because a safe and effective therapeutic relationship requires clear boundaries, I’m unable to provide therapy to individuals I know personally.

Most clients are navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, burnout, major life transitions, or challenges in relationships.

    Clinical Supervision
I provide clinical supervision for LMHCA professionals, interns, and practicum students who want to grow their skills, deepen self-awareness, and receive reflective, honest guidance.

I’m happy to chat, answer questions, or help you see if we’d be a good fit.

  • Weekly sessions are usually most helpful at the start, with frequency adjusted as progress is made and goals are met. Weekday appointments are available from 8:30 am–6:00 pm.

My goal is to help you grow, gain confidence, and build the skills to manage life successfully—without me.

  • Sometimes, the challenges we face can’t be solved on our own. I help clients go beyond symptoms and target the actual issues at hand.

Counseling can be helpful if you’re struggling with persistent troubling thoughts or feelings, are overwhelmed by events that are beyond your control, or seeking a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in your life. No matter how big, unimportant, or complicated things feel, it helps to have support—and to know you’re not alone.

I provide a safe place to address issues that are too difficult or complex to share with others. There’s no need to worry if you’re talking too much, being a burden, or are “too much” —you’re not. Our time will be dedicated to YOU and what you are experiencing.

  • Keep scrolling—steps to become a client are right below.

  • Join sessions through the My Best Practice portal. Session links are only available 15 minutes before each appointment.

If there’s a connection issue or you need a link sent, please text.

  • I ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less notice—or missed sessions—are charged the full session fee.

WHEN YOU’RE READY FOR CHANGE

HOW TO BECOME A CLIENT

STEP ONE

CONNECT

Reach out to request a consultation. We’ll see if I’m the right fit, and if not, I can help you find someone who is. Consultations are a relaxed, no-pressure way to explore your options and see what feels right.

STEP TWO

15-MINUTE CONSULTATION

Share what’s on your mind, ask questions, and get a sense of how we might work together. You’ll leave knowing what therapy could feel like and what next steps would be if you decide to move forward.

STEP THREE

SCHEDULE FIRST SESSION

If we decide we’re a good fit, and you’re ready to start, we’ll schedule your first session. We’ll begin the work of therapy together—at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Counseling may confront painful memories or unpleasant truths, but it can also empower you to believe in yourself and make the changes you need to make your life better.
