  • Email & Phone: Emails to our Google Workspace account or calls/texts to our cell phone are not encrypted. Sensitive information should only be shared via secure channels (My Best Practice or telehealth).

  • Telehealth & My Best Practice: Therapy sessions are conducted via HIPAA-compliant My Best Practice, which protects your health information.

  • Cookies & Third-Party Services: Our website may use cookies and analytics tools to improve your experience. Third-party services may collect anonymous usage data. You can disable cookies, but some features may not work.

  • Children: Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
