ANXIETY & OVERTHINKING

YOUR MIND WON'T LET YOU REST

It might start in your body before you even notice a thought — a tight chest, restless energy, a sense that something's off before you can say why.

Then your mind gets to work. You replay conversations. Second-guess decisions. Run through every possible outcome before you make a move.

Maybe you notice things other people don't. You think ahead. You like to be prepared. Some of that is a real strength.

But a mind trained to catch every problem doesn't know when it's safe to stop looking. There's always another possibility to consider, another detail to check, another reason to wonder if you missed something.

The more you think, the less sure you become.

THERE'S A REASON YOUR MIND
LEARNED TO WORK THIS HARD

Maybe mistakes used to cost more than they should have. Maybe thinking ahead helped you feel safer and more in control. Staying alert became a way of protecting yourself.

WHAT IF YOU COULD FEEL STEADY
WITHOUT HAVING ALL THE ANSWERS?

You could make a decision without knowing it will be the right one. Take a risk while still feeling afraid. Make a mistake without turning it into a judgment about yourself.

Confidence isn't knowing what will happen.

It's trusting yourself to handle what happens next.

WE'LL PRACTICE
RESPONDING DIFFERENTLY

We’ll get curious about what your mind is searching for when it won’t stop—and what it would take to feel safe enough to stop looking.

We'll practice staying with what's uncomfortable instead of automatically trying to think your way out of it.

Sometimes there's something to figure out. Sometimes there's something to feel, tolerate, or let go.

We’ll learn to tell the difference.

The goal isn't to never feel anxious.

It's to trust yourself enough to keep moving anyway.
